Pre-Training Phase

Training Phase

Post-Training Phase

  • Final Examination
  • Certificate Distribution
  • Monitoring NGO achievements and encouraging continuous improvement
  • Practical application period (within six months) to implement learned concepts
  • Presentation of challenges and solutions in follow-up meetings

Eligibility criteria

  • Legally registered Egyptian NGO with valid documentation.
  • Less than 3 years since establishment.
  • Participants hold a university degree.
  • Participants are fully available for training.
  • Organization’s main focus is development.
