They founded the Professional Development Foundation\u00a0 (PDF), a nonprofit organization, with the aim of bolstering Egypt\u2019s bold strategy for achieving sustainable economic growth through global competition by helping to create a tech-oriented and skilled workforce that could confront the needs of the new century.<\/p>
PDF is looking to transform the culture of the private sector and reorient it to international norms of excellence and achievement. This will require inculcating new modes of workplace operation, updating and reengineering existing systems, and adopting new technologies. Egypt\u2019s Youth has realized it\u2019s responsibilities toward the country\u2019s social economic development and the necessity of developing and utilizing their talents in the workplace.<\/p>
The Professional Development Foundation (PDF) was created precisely with the objective of building the capacity of Egyptian Human Resources with emphasis on young people. We aim to empower youth, nurture innate talents and develop their skills to enable them to fulfill their potential and prosper in their communities and in the world at large. Yet more still needs to be done, especially in bridging the gap between job seekers and job providers. It is a sizeable challenge that can be overcome by establishing partnerships between PDF and individuals or organizations interested in taking part in building a better tomorrow.<\/p>
NGO\u2019s are the driving force for development as a whole, they form the strong foundation on which societies and economies prosper. In light of this increasing role played by the NGO\u2019s sector in Egypt & out of its strong belief in the importance of the Civil Society as a catalyst for development, PDF launched the Civil Society Support Center (cssc) with the \u201cNGO\u2019s Capacity Building Program\u201d as its first Programs.<\/p>

PDF is looking to transform the culture of the private sector and reorient it to international norms of excellence and achievement. This will require inculcating new modes of workplace operation, updating and reengineering existing systems, and adopting new technologies. Egypt\u2019s Youth has realized it\u2019s responsibilities toward the country\u2019s social economic development and the necessity of developing and utilizing their talents in the workplace.<\/p>
The Professional Development Foundation (PDF) was created precisely with the objective of building the capacity of Egyptian Human Resources with emphasis on young people. We aim to empower youth, nurture innate talents and develop their skills to enable them to fulfill their potential and prosper in their communities and in the world at large. Yet more still needs to be done, especially in bridging the gap between job seekers and job providers. It is a sizeable challenge that can be overcome by establishing partnerships between PDF and individuals or organizations interested in taking part in building a better tomorrow.<\/p>
NGO\u2019s are the driving force for development as a whole, they form the strong foundation on which societies and economies prosper. In light of this increasing role played by the NGO\u2019s sector in Egypt & out of its strong belief in the importance of the Civil Society as a catalyst for development, PDF launched the Civil Society Support Center (cssc) with the \u201cNGO\u2019s Capacity Building Program\u201d as its first Programs.<\/p>

Economic reforms thus far have resulted in a substantial growth rate. Significant reshaping of the present business environment is essential to effect a new workforce culture that is more responsive to a liberalized economy and competitive marketplace, thereby leading to reach an aspired growth rate.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t This will require reorientation of organizations\u2019 culture and operating environment, reengineering of systems and processes, and adopting new technologies to produce the high-quality, low-cost products and services desired in today\u2019s global markets. Innovative, visionary leaders and qualified managers supported by a highly skilled and capable workforce will lead Egypt\u2019s private sector corporate transformation towards a greater level of entrepreneurship, managerial responsibility, leadership and accountability.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t In November 1998, several leading figures in Egypt\u2018s private sector realized a need to develop the country\u2019s business culture so that Egypt could compete in an increasingly sophisticated global economic arena. They founded the Professional Development Foundation\u00a0 (PDF), a nonprofit organization, with the aim of bolstering Egypt\u2019s bold strategy for achieving sustainable economic growth through global competition by helping to create a tech-oriented and skilled workforce that could confront the needs of the new century.<\/p> PDF is looking to transform the culture of the private sector and reorient it to international norms of excellence and achievement. This will require inculcating new modes of workplace operation, updating and reengineering existing systems, and adopting new technologies. We aim to empower youth, nurture innate talents and develop their skills to enable them to fulfill their potential and prosper in their communities and in the world at large. Yet more still needs to be done, especially in bridging the gap between job seekers and job providers. It is a sizeable challenge that can be overcome by establishing partnerships between PDF and individuals or organizations interested in taking part in building a better tomorrow.<\/p> NGO\u2019s are the driving force for development as a whole, they form the strong foundation on which societies and economies prosper.
