For families (up to four persons), the required contribution is US$ 95,000, with additional fees for extra dependents.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Legal framework: The program is enacted through Decree-Law 07\/2025 and supervised by the newly formed Citizenship by Investment and Donation Unit (UCID) under the Ministry of Justice. All legal requirements, eligibility criteria, and oversight mechanisms, including transparency and safety, are defined in the regulation.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Transparency and accountability: Prime Minister Am\u00e9rico Ramos emphasized that the program is built with safeguards to ensure it is transparent and secure.
