St. Kitts and Nevis hosts first-ever professional development seminar for authorised agents

The Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) of St. Kitts & Nevis held its inaugural Professional Development Seminar for Authorised Agents and International Marketing Agents, focusing on elevating service standards and operational excellence under the CBI Programme. The event took place in person with live training sessions and collaboration. Seminar Objectives & Key Themes • The seminar carried the theme “Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences”, reflecting the CIU’s goal to strengthen its client service culture. • Sessions addressed three priority areas: Customer Experience Strategy, Digital Transformation (via the new SATURN case management platform), and Enhanced Know Your Customer (KYC) practices through improved due diligence. Highlights of the Event • It marked the first time CIU gathered both local and international Authorised Agents together solely for professional development. • Expert presenters led interactive workshops offering practical tools and real-world scenarios to help agents improve efficiency, transparency, and service delivery. • The SATURN platform session introduced agents to new digital workflows, tracking tools, and improved transparency in application processing.
