Investment criteria

The program was introduced in 2017 by the Turkish Government to promote foreign investment in the country. Government to promote foreign investment in the country. To qualify for citizenship, the main applicant must be at least 18 years of age, have a clear background with no criminal record and make one of the following investments:

Option 1

Minimum Invistment – $400,000

Real Estate

The investor must purchase real estate in Turkey. A 3 year resale  restriction must be implemented on the title deed.

Option 2

Minimum Invistment – $500,000

Capital Investment

Minimum Investment – $500,000  

The investor must make a minimum investment of $500,000 in one of  the following with a condition not to sell for 3 years: 

  • Bank Deposit 
  • Government Bonds 
  • Shares in Turkish Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) or Venture  Capital Trust (VCT) 
  • Fixed-asset investment

Option 3

Job Creation

The investor must create employment for a minimum of 50 employees  through their investment.
